This customer greatly inconvenienced our delivery professionals, using them far more than the estimated time. Since we charge by the minute, he knew he was forcing the drivers to postpone or cancel other jobs. Furthermore, his complaint afterward was that we had broken glasses that were old and not... worth much. He wanted to be compensated for everything. It was a classic case of buyer's remorse. He attempted to do a chargeback on his card which we successfully disputed, and *** took down his bad reviews after they determined he had no valid complaint. If you need proof, let us know, but this is a case of buyer's remorse. He agreed to the terms of service, knew that the service was by-minute and that he was keeping our drivers far more than their estimated job time, and then when he saw the bill he absolutely freaked out and would not accept anything less than a full refund to satisfy him. He was offered a refund for the cost of the broken glasses ($20) which was sent to him.

This customer is currently under investigation by the [redacted] department in this matter. We attempted to perform the service for this customer. was unable to perform the service as requested, Mr. [redacted] began to threaten our driver and us over text messages of which we have many screenshots if you wish to see them. He is a former [redacted] officer that has been convicted once of abusing his authority. In this case, he used his police credentials to harrass our driver by obtaining the driver's address and insurance information by fradulent means. His modus operandii appeared to be trying to extort money from our company and our driver via our insurance information.We have ample evidence in this case that is in the hands of the [redacted] police and are happy to share it with you if requested.

That is a completely fabricated story.  I NEVER threatened anyway. I complained [redacted] the left a TV sitting out in the rain. Who wouldn’t complain about that. As far as any information. It’s all publicly available. At what point do I use “police credentials”. ALso I am requesting they cease the slandering of my name without any factual Proof. As for my comment about insurance, I informted heir driver that he’s lucky I don’t file a claim with his insurance for leaving a TV out in the rain. That’s not a threat that’s a right.  I also have e-mails to prove my communications.
