[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] ? Complaint: [redacted] I emphatically reject this response because:I ALSO am shocked--at all the fabrications in MsY***'s letter? (LIE 1) ? It is true that there was no reason to touch the three "tips" of the gold cross--then why did you do so, MsY***? ? (LIE 2) ? You NEVER, EVER asked me who the original jeweler was because you didn't even know about an original jeweler until you received my letter and you did not try to contact me in response to my letter? (LIE 3) ? In your response to the Revdex.com, you said you intended to call the original jeweler? WHY?? THE ONLY REASON FOR CALLING THEM WOULD BE TO GET THE ORIGINAL DIMENSIONS SO THAT YOU COULD RETURN THE CROSS TO ITS ORIGINAL STATE? THIS IS A PATENT ADMISSION OF GUILT!! ? (LIE 4) ? Since it is your policy to return broken pieces, why do you then, so magnanimously "allow" me to keep my broken O ring?? ? How big of you?? Once again, I emphatically reject your response? I am STILL demanding that you return my cross to its original state? You removed approximately 3/16" off each "tip"? Those pieces were solid 18k gold? The original jeweler is [redacted] s in Raleigh, NC? That God-inspired jeweler created my cross out of half-circle solid 18k gold wire? Therefore, because my cross was of such a simple and plain design, making it so easy to alter, you can easily repair it using the same wire? I want it returned to its original state and even if you do comply with my wishes, I will reconfirm the quality of the gold with another jeweler after you have finished.? In the last paragraph of your letter, MsY***, you said that you take great pride in "the utmost highest standards"? All I can say is that your moral standards are totally different from mine? Throughout your entire letter, I saw nothing but pride, arrogance and a total and complete lack of contrition? I hope that this will teach you to treat others in a more respectful and honest manner! ? Regards, [redacted]
