All representatives at Gosnold, Inc. worked in good faith with the patient, the patient’s personal representative and key contacts at [redacted] to seek authorization of coverage. Despite the extenuating circumstances and efforts to appeal the health plans’ initial decision to deny coverage based on medical necessity criteria, it is our understanding that [redacted] has upheld their decision to deny coverage.
