Purchased Trane 4-ton XR16-SeerA/C Condenser with matched evaporative coil,XTGas Furnace, XLThermostatPurchased June 16, Installation began on June at 9:am and went until 6am on Juneand not finishedTemperature in house was in the 90's and I was here the entire timeDamage to closet which was clean and painted: Ceiling will come down when Unit taken out to be replaced, holes in wall, scrapes and gouges, damage to front of closet as well as inside.Closet needs to be repainted and restored to original condition Plenum will have to be replaced as it was cut down Ceiling will have to be replaced as it will come down when unit is replaced, Dirty PVC pipeSuction line insulation not sealed in places Ductwork in attic needs to be repaired or replacedHallway needs to be repainted and repaired where thermostat was installed and sheetrock and woodwork repaired where damagedNo switch was never installed

I'll start with the positive: the folks at Quigley are very nice people and they eventually got most (but not all) of the job doneHowever, due to their extremely poor follow-through, terribly unresponsive customer service, and frustratingly inefficient process, I would not in good conscience recommend Quigley to anyone I knowThe first tech that came out only diagnosed the problemHe told me someone would call me within 24-hours with an estimate to repairAfter waiting four days for someone to call me, I finally called themThey had no idea there was any follrequired but said they'd send a guy out later that weekThat tech, Chris, was only there to give the estimateHe promised to personally make sure someone would come out within a week to make the repairsAfter not hearing from anyone for several days, I texted Chris for an updateNo response(He later said he had been sick...sorry but I still look at texts even when I'm sick.) I then emailed QuigleyNo responseI finally called and asked for the owner, BrandonHe was able to get someone out a few days later to fix the unit, which took ALL DAY because apparently he came with the wrong parts or somethingSo it takes three appointments with Quigley just to get repairs doneThe repairs were done on a FridayMonday morning we noticed a leak coming from the attic where the AC units areI called Quigley and asked to speak to BrandonI was told I was being transferred to him but, instead, I got his voice mailI left a message but he never called backI then called Quigley back and insisted that someone come out immediately to fix the leakThey did, which was a great reliefWhen Oasis, a customer service rep, followed up, she offered to have one of their contract painters come out to make the repairs to our ceiling caused by the leakVery nice gesture! However, after three follmessages over the last two weeks, I'm still waiting on them to call me back about that painterThroughout this whole ordeal, every call or in-person appointment was like starting over...apparently they don't share information within the companyTwo days ago, we started having a problem with another unit that, coincidentally, seems to be the same problem as the one Quigley just fixed on the first unit (wonder why they're leak scan of all three units didn't detect this one???)Needless to say, Quigley didn't get the business this timeNor will they get any future business - or referrals - from meVery disappointing experience from some really nice people
