We, the Gospel Tract Store, are a Christian company with Christian values. We are in the ministry ourselves and use our tracts on a daily basis. It is our first and foremost priority to make sure that our customers, who are also our friends and fellow helpers in the ministry, are 100% satisfied with...

our Gospel resources and our customer service. This complaint was the result of an unforeseen issue we had in our distribution company (an outside source), whose server crashed at the time his order was placed and, therefore, never received notification of his order and their lack of communication concerning it. We have resolved this completely with our customer by overnighting his order to him as soon as we knew it was missing and also by giving him a $50 Gospel Tract Store credit in his account with us online. In addition to this, we have set up several additional steps to our order notification process to prevent something like this from happening again. Both we and our customer feel that we have resolved this mistake to the best our ability and look forward to serving him again in the future.

Review: Placed an order for gospel pamphlets on October 17, 2014 order #[redacted] for $105.93.00 on our church credit card. The order cleared the credit card for payment but we have not received any goods or response from this company. I have contacted them 2x's by phone and email with no respone from them.Desired Settlement: I want someone to contact me why and where is my order as well as receiving the items I have paid for.
