We appreciate **'s business and are disappoint** he is not satisfi** with his purchase However on an sales of us** vehicles we require those to be final Because of this we have developed as part of the purchase process on these vehicles that the consumer has clear disclosure of
our policies in advance And we have a very thorough process of encouraging the to have the vehicle inspect** by their own mechanic in advance of the sale There has been no intent to deceive ** in the advertising process or sales process of this vehicle ** did in fact have the vehicle inspect** by his own mechanic, he does have actual copies of the car history report, the vehicle does in fact look to be a owner vehicle and is in great shape for the vehicles age and mileage It is not perfect however as no automobile is Unfortunately the sale is final and we hope ** can understand we that we do appreciate his business and would be willing to trade him out of the vehicle into another of equal or greater value but a simple refund in not available.Thank you

My recollection of the purchase process of my car from Goss Dodge is quite a bit different from whoever replied to my complaintFirst of all I bought the car with a month or 3,mile warranty , whichever came first, that I assumed would cover issues I noticed after I bought the car and the car was Certified.Goss Dodge originally told me they would not cover any of the issues I complained about, but later agreed to fix the driver seat and bumperWith regard to Road Rash being wear and tear on a four year old car with less than 25,miles on it does not seem to meI have a *** *** with almost 150,miles and it does not have any. Also, the driver side seat issue was not addressed in the replyI found the service department difficult to deal with. With regard to the person I talked to at Dodgeshe inferred that another dealer may have been easier to deal withWe will never know at this point, but I am guessing she may have been right.
Regards,

Dear ***,Thank you for your business in the purchase of the Certified *** *** The "*** ***" is considered wear and tear and certainly did not disqualify this vehicle for the certification process We certainly took care of your seat issue and the rear bumper cover
issue at no charge Although we cannot be certain the slight imperfections in the body were there at time of purchase, we believe they were and any issue you might have had with said appearance issues should have been addressed prior to sale, not days, weeks or months later And confusing to us is how satisfied you were when the pre-mentioned repairs (to seat and rear bumper cover) were completed and now you are not Referring to the statement made by *** asking whether you were to bring the vehicle to another dealer, there would be no reason that these repairs would be covered by warranty here or at another dealer We would certainly be willing to help you in repair of the said "*** ***" but it will not be free of charge We do have a very capable collision center that can repaint areas that you desire and would be happy to do this at a discounted rate for you Thank you again for your purchase and look forward to hearing from you as to how you would like to proceed

Tell us why here...Good Afternoon ***,Unfortunately none of the issues you mentioned were covered under the mechanical coverage of either the CPOV (Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle) warranty or the 3month/3,000mile warranty which may have been the perceived difficulty in the service department. The sales department took care of these issues via customer goodwill and not through any warranty coverage. This is the reason we insinuated in the last response that another dealer would not have been able to cover these repairs via any warranty so taking it to another dealer would have been futile. There were several reasons we decided not to repair the body imperfections on this particular vehicle prior to sale To perform any paint work on the body we would have had to paint a significant portion of the sides for paint matching purposes even though the imperfections were very small and low on the body. We were afraid of not only raising the selling price to the end consumer (you) but more importantly we were afraid of lowering the resale value as any dealer down the road would have to question whether the vehicle had been in an accident. *** even done well can usually be detected by folks in the automotive business. Because of this we chose for the full transparency of leaving the small imperfections as it was still a very fine example of a used *** *** *** and priced very competitively as such. Also please note that a *** *** *** has very wide and sticky high performance tires rather than narrow/hard tires (designed for best ware and fuel mileage rather than performance) like on the Accord you were comparing. Combine the tires with the unique body lines of the Retro-styled *** with the body rolling in at the lower portion and it is a recipe for some stones to be thrown up (and ensuing road imperfections). Although we respect your decision to put mud flaps on the vehicle, many of our customers would not have made that decision. Case in point would be the original customer chose not to put flaps on the car. Out of consideration and respect for your concern we are more than willing to absorb a portion of the cost of *** in our collision center if that is a decision you wish to pursue. We will also work with you on the price to absorb a portion of the other seat cover as goodwill if that would make you a happy customer. Thank you again for your business!Best Regards,*** ***

They provided me with an [redacted] /history  The  run program date is 6-3-2016 the only problem I purchased the truck 5-23-2016   Where is the original copy? The  auto check they emailed has  8000 miles less than when I made my purchase.   They also refuse to return my ** postings-which mentions-the [redacted] blue tooth sound system which is missing an amplifier     and a speaker. This was not noticed until I tried the radio a few days later ,which sounded terrible       checked the connections which led to the club seating,Showing  exposed wiring The Goss check list is dated  5-24-2016  which shows  no problems. There clearly is a power steering leak  which I can prove by 2 separate mechanic' s         can you guys take another look               thanks
