I purchased a purse back in May, I had to contact the business in June to find out where my order was and was told on the 28th "I just looked into your order and found a damaged shipment noticeI must have missed earlier, as a result, I have refunded you in fullAs of this report, I have NOT received my refundNot to mention with several emails I have sent, I have heard nothing back from them at allI think this is a big scam company and I would not waste my time ordering a thing from themI am still waiting on my refund of $Oh and I have tried to call several times at several different times of the day, but "all of their operators are busy"

One star is because I can’t give them none. My experience is the same. I ordered a bag in May and my cc was changed when they said it was shipped. After several days of no shipping info, I sent an email inquiry. There was some email correspondence back and forth, but I was finally told that they were issuing a credit. To date, no credit has been received and they have stopped responding to inquiries.

I ordered a product from this company I have not received the itemHave tried to call but automated phone says to use emailEmailed inquiry which is said to respond within hours - days latter still no response

Like all the other reviewers, I ordered a purse in early June for $and my credit card was charged on 6/ The package did not arrive An email on 7/said it would come in the next week or be free of charge Still no package weeks later and no credit to my account And no response to additional emails The phone number always has a recording, directing me to their website

I have not received the purchase of a leather handbag from June, and SHIPS FROM TEXAS has not answered any of my emailsI just saw from the Revdex.com that they are out of business probably since June, DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS IF YOU SEE IT ADVERTISED!!!

I placed an order for a bag, my credit card was charged, I received an email saying that my bag was on its way weeks passed and still no bag Emails were exchanged back and forth, finally I was advised that my package was damaged in transit and they were going to issue a refundI placed another order, received an email that the bag was on its way, the tracking did not work on the tracking Guess what I still have not received my handbag, nor a refund for the first order I have sent several emails with no response from the business I tried calling the number and you do not get anyone to speak to and there is no way access a menu, just a loop of the original message

Very negative experience Ordered purses on 5/25/and Ships from Texas took my $from my credit card days later It is now 8/2/and still no product However, the money was taken from a company in Vancouver BC, AND, at least additional charges were extracted in the amounts of $and $ My credit card company told me that the $$ was for a "subscription" I supposedly authorized, but they refunded the money back to my account They do not answer their phone AND they do not respond to their emails except by an auto generated email saying they'll get back to me within hours - that has never happened in the times I have emailed them DO NOT ODER FROM THIS COMPANY - they are scammers

I placed my order with this company in May 26th, and after waiting for more than months for delivery that it never happened I began sending emails (emails so far) for which I have received no reply, and placing phone calls that go unansweredAll I have recevied is their standard email reply that does not amount to anythingThis week I am preparing to file dispute for this charge with my credit card since they are not interested in giving me the courtesy of a response and resolution to my issue

I ordered a purse on July 2, 2018, from Ships from Texas supposedly buy one get one deal for $ They said it would take several days to receive, between - days Well, those days went by, no package came Sent an email stating I had not received my order Received email back asking if I had checked to see if there was a delivery notice that packages were delivered daily and weekends but they were closed on weekends I tried calling but all I got was the message to email them To me, it looked like as standard email they sent out when someone ask about an order They would check into it but it would take hours or more to check Well, it has been over a month now since I ordered I emailed them again on Monday, August 6, 2018, I received the same message as before I told them I either wanted the purses or I wanted my money back Have not heard anything from them This has to be a scam I learned my lesson Just lost my money Don't ever order anything from this company, if there is a such company

I ordered a bag on 6/and never received my order I have contacted them multiple times and they said they were going to authorize me a refund but have never received it Since saying they were going to give me a refund I have contacted them another or times and no one has returned my messages

Well my experience with this company has been horrible, I now know that have been scammed, wish I had done more research and read reviews Same response from the company “closed for the weekend “ don’t know what they consider Thursday part of their weekend!
