was made, I do hope that this is made public, as this has been the most frustrating experience I have ever had with a mechanic. The very first sign of residue inside this mirror happened immediately upon picking it up. I have owned this vehicle for two years and my brother in law for 7 years before that, so I am certain that the silicone he is blaming on me was not there before. [redacted], and I do not inter to return to this Big O Tires at any time.

We did replace the mirror, even though we do not believe we were at fault.  It was a good will gesture on our part.
