My name is *** *** owner of Green Carpet Co.In response to the customers complaintThe wood floor was installed in May, Our sales person received a complaint May, He contacted the manufacture and set an appointment with the customer to inspectThe wood manufacture took an
excessive amount time to research the problem, and determined that the industrial cleaner that they were using caused damage to the finishThey declined the claim.Once I got involved on August 19th 2016, I set an Appointment and inspected the product at the customers home on Aug25, 2016.I had contacted the manufacture several times after my inspection, although I agreed with the findings I argued for an accommodation, due to the fact that they took so long to research the cleaner that was used, and gave hope to the customer.They agreed to replace the floor on Aug8th The customer then asked to change colors on the replacement floorWe were in the process of haggling with the manufacture about color when this complaint was filed with Revdex.com.As of right now the product is in transit to us and we have set up an installation date with the customer of Oct10-12-
