There is no language problem, my brother has been in this country for years and speak fluently, ask them how many times have they called us? They have not been returning our calls after numerous calls to them, it happened only few times with their manager Ryan who accidentally answered the phone and immediately made some excuse to hang up
During the original auction, we had some bidders were actually present at the site and didn’t have access to computer and asked us to bid on their behalf, I asked Ryan and he agreed, so they are considered fraudulent by twisting the case and lie about it
Please review the attached text message from Ryan, stating that they have sold out of equipment and only one left in his warehouse (the one which our driver picked up), another lieThe check for $was for the left over balance of the original auction, none of those equipment were less than $2,each, again another lie
Would you consider these operation as reputable?
He should not apologize to you for your involvement, he should apologize for his dishonest business operationThis auction company MUST be stopped and revoke their licenses before they deceive more business people in the state of Maryland

We have attempted to communicate with this customer numerous timesThere seems to be a language barrier, as we have difficulty understanding his continuing concerns and he doesn't acknowledge that he has
already cashed the check he is pursuing
We are a reputable known auction firm serving the Maryland market and many other areasWe fulfilled all of our contractual obligations to this client many months agoThe challenges began when this client, our customer began to placing bids own his own equipment in the auctionThe result,these items did not sellThis action is considered fraudulent in the auction industry, as it would appear the customer is attempting to run the price upWe disabled his bidding privileges as soon as we determined what was happening, but he still ended up having four pieces that did not sell
Four items were transported to our facilityThree pieces were picked up by the customer's associate, one piece was soldNo typical labor, transport, storage and loading fees were ever accessedThe proceeds due the customer from the one piece that was sold was $The customer cashed the checkThat check was issued on 6/16/A copy of the cancelled check is attachedThe customer was paid over $12,from the initial sale
We have repeatedly told the customer that he has received payment and cashed the checkHe continues to have someone call on his behalf and ask the same questionsWe have at times be short with his representative who continues to pursue a non-valid request
We apologize for your involvement in this matterWe have gone over and beyond what should be required on any matter to be responsive on this invalid request
