Got A Ticket? Defensive Driving School

I signed up and paid for a defensive driving course, to be completed on line. I'm suppose to be able to log on and take the course anytime, so long as I complete the course 7 days prior to my court date. The problem is when I try to go to their website I am unable to access it. I mean my browser say's cannot locate. I am able to go to any other website without a problem, so I don't believe it is my computer. I cannot get in touch with anyone to get my money back so I can take a course with another company. What can I do ?
