I found this company on the internet and hired them to correct some inaccurate issues on my credit report.
I agreed to their contract that claims they will remove inaccurate reporting on my credit report, charging $50 for each credit agency.
I believe we started the process in September 2019.
The first couple of "rounds", as they call it, I noticed they were fulfilling the contract that they described.
One particular debt was from a company named *** Communications, i
They removed the charges and charged me accordingly.
I noticed in October that it was back on my credit reports. I contacted *** Communications and had them send me a letter that showed evidence that my debt with them was settled and that I didn't owe them anything. I calls Celean Slate Credit Solutions and explained this to them.
I spoke with my representative, Beatrice B.. She assured me they would follow through and correct it and apologized, especially since I was already charged for the removal.
A couple of weeks went by and I checked to see if it had been removed and it wasn't. I called Clean Slate Credit Solu again and basically the same hung happened. This process kept going on through February.
The las t contact I had, I spoke with the owner(as well as emailed with him.) His name is Jose. He assured me he would call me the next day.
They have not refunded my money for a service that I was charged for and that they didn't provide.

This is in response to the complaint from *** about us charging him for accounts that were previously deleted.This client did have an account with *** Communications that was deleted from his credit report with ***, Account Number *** but the customer was never charged for this account. This collection agency was sold to another agency, *** Solutions, which we attempted to dispute on behalf of the client for previously being deleted. There are sometimes that items get deleted and can possibly come back on a credit report. In that event, we do not charge the client for that item and only when the item is successfully deleted from the new collection agency to avoid having a client pay for something we did not do.We sent *** an email letting him know that we provided a full refund of his Enrollment Fee of $197 and his Deletion Fee of $140 for any inconvenience. We also advised *** that we would fix his credit at no charge moving forward If he would like to remain a client in our program. I hope that *** contacts us back and takes us on our offer for free credit repair but If he doesn't, then I understand.

I am writing today to complain of the poor customer service I received from the Vice President of Clean Slate Credit Solutions. On 16 April 2018 at 9:00 AM, I received a very disturbing email, personally attacking me, regarding his company’s level of service or lack of. I was appalled at such behavior. I have the email string to support my complaint. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss matters further.

I wanted to apologize for my delay in responding to the Revdex.com (Revdex.com) response dated Friday, April 20, 2018. *** claims that we allegedly charged $566.66 to her credit card that she wants a refund because of poor customer service. I would like officially go on record stating that at no time did our company charge ***'s credit card $566.66. I have attached a print out from our merchant account that we only charged her $199 on February 11, 2018, and $100 on April 13, 2018. As soon as she wanted to cancel, we deleted her credit card information as requested and waived any future payments. She claims that I sent her a very disturbing email. I have attached said emails to show proof that she attached our company first. *** who she mentions in the email, had a sudden death in the family and was not able to keep her appointment. We called *** the previous week and when she didn't answer, we did not attack her in any way. But when one of our employees had a personal emergency, I do not feel that we should have been attacked or told that "I don't like chasing people". It is unfortunate of the event that occurred as this was our first Revdex.com complaint. I went ahead and refunded the $299 that we charged on her credit card and she should see that hit her account within 48 hours. I would like for my Revdex.com record to be updated to show that we responded and maintain our A+ rating since we also refunded her the money as requested.
