Review: The contract signed for Got Dates (GD states that states it is an exclusive and private dating activities club for single men and women that includes: matchmaking, date coaching and singles events. And it also states that if GD is unable to provide Client with a minimum of one date per month, then at GD's election all remaining monies may be refunded at a pro-rated basis allowing start date of membership to date of termination.GD falsely advertises and has not complied with the terms of the contract and is gravely misrepresenting itself.Desired Settlement: $525.00 which was an initial payment. And $30.00 a month recurring fee for a total of $680.00 beginning in February 2013. I have since cancelled my credit card to avoid future billing from GD.

Review: Never have been able to get a return call after initial signup. I have repeatedly left messages and also wrote a letter cancelling my membership.Desired Settlement: My contract has ended and do not want to rebew it. Stop billing my credit card.

Review: I paid the [redacted], $2500 for 1 year membership in her club. The fee was to be paid in 3 installments, and I paid early. Since the 2nd month of "membership" and payment in full, I've received zero services and she does not return calls or emails. The contract also had a 100% refund guarantee if I wasn't satisfied -- so no matter how you look at this, I've been cheated out of $2500. Thanks.Desired Settlement: I would like the refund policy to be honored and to receive my funds.
