Mr [redacted] picked up his All Terrain Vehicle on September 23, Service Writer stated that Mr [redacted] was satisfied with work done on ATVI would like to state that Got Gear Motorsports repaired Mr [redacted] 's All Terrain Vehicle under warranty at no cost to Mr [redacted] The Extensive repair to Mr [redacted] 's ATV did take time to perform and a few of the parts for repair were on Backorder from the manufacturer Parts on Backorder is out of the control of Got Gear Motorsports Got Gear Motorsports did have Mr [redacted] bring his bike back in, at no charge, for inspection of extensive repair Got Gear Motorsports has a "No Refund/Exchange Policy" that customer was aware of at time of purchase I have attached this signed document to this responseThanks [redacted] General Sales ManagerGot Gear Motorsports
