Unfortunately this customer did not understand nor did it seem she wanted to understand our promotion and was very unreasonable in trying to resolve any of the issues with her cleaningWe were offering a buy one get one free cleaning for "weekly or bi-weekly" house cleaningsShe wanted monthly.The 20% off was for monthly house cleanings, windows, carpets, deep cleaning etc.We have provided this promotion for hundreds of customers with no issuesThe information is clearly stated on the quote the customer receives prior to the cleaning service.This customer did have "a few" legitimate complaints regarding the cleaningWe take these situations very seriously and respond asap in attempt to resolve any issues.We sent other crew out at her convenience to re-clean the ENTIRE house for FREE, then this customer demanded we send her an additional 20% refund???We made multiple attempts to explain the promotion to her, but she did not seem to care or understand and then threatened to report us to the Revdex.com.In closing she received her 20% off the first cleaning as per the promotion and her quote, then due to her complaints received a FREE cleaning of her entire house and still wanted another 20% refund sent to her.English was not her first language and possible due to this barrier she did not understand the situation? I feel we made every attempt to resolve this situation in the most professional manner possible

We do not agree with the company's response.
