"called your (801)806-1927 number today at 12:24 PM and again At 12:29 PM central time (Shelly disconnect on purpose)
I placed an order with GotoilSupplies on about the 02/24/2020.
Company sends package. I NEVER recieved.
SHELLY told me that I needed to contact Shippers myself. It was out of warehouse's control.
I was upset. Understand I paid your company. Not FEDEX. How ever she(shelly) disconnected and I called back.
She left me more concerned than assured. Making comments such as "we shipped it out, ones it's out of the warehouse???" Giving me the run around. Then "Shelly" stated for me to do what I felt like doing.
Yes I immediately contacted FEDEX, told me merchant had to file dispute.
Immediately contacted PayPal, Submitted my Dispute with them as well.
I appreciate having this resolved in a timely manner
This customer called on 3/5/20 to complain that they had not received their package. We shipped this package out on 2/24/20 with shipment tracking through FedEx. FedEx shows that that the package was delivered to the address provided by the customer on 2/27/20.
I informed the customer that the package shows as delivered and we have met our responsibilities regarding the order. He screamed at me and kept talking over the top of me and not letting me finish. I suggested that he call his local FedEx delivery facility as it would be a much faster response than if I called. He continued to yell at me telling me that he paid me for this and that it wasn't his job to call. I told him I would call and submit an inquiry, but it would be faster if he also did. He continued to be belligerent and yell and not listen or accept any of my responses. So I calmly told him that I would submit an inquiry with FedEx and we will get back to him as soon as we hear anything back from them. I hung up because he was not listening and continued to be unreasonable.
Below is a copy of my emailed response to his email later in the day.
This is Shelly. We have a small crew. I am the only customer service person.I apologize if you feel like my response was not reassuring. I only suggested you call FedEx because you will get a faster response at a local level than we can by calling corporate. We are absolutely willing to put in an inquiry, and have already done so. As soon as we hear back, we will contact you.I did my best to help you, but you were yelling and talking over the top of me and not giving me a chance to respond to your concerns. I told you, nicely, that we will contact you once we hear back from FedEx. I did hang up because you continued to yell at me. We did ship out your product. We have fulfilled our responsibility in that regard. However, we do appreciate your concern and understand that this is your money. We will do everything we can to recover this package if possible. There is a procedure that needs to be followed. We will do that in the most timely fashion that we can possibly do it in.I absolutely don’t blame you for filing a dispute with Paypal. I would do the same thing. Unfortunately, it may not help you. We have a tracking number that shows delivery to the confirmed address. Again, I have contacted FedEx.
