This company took $for a refill on 10-2- To this day no refill There is an order but no service I contacted my bank I need my money back Sounds like a scam to me I learned my lesson the hard way!
I tried to purchase minutes to my tracfone on 12/7/15, and I got a beep to my phone, but never received my minutes that I had ordered It was only minutes, but I have sent them messages several times to let them know that I never did receive minutes, and since my phone would be disconnected 12/9/15, I ordered other minutes directly from tracfone and received them immediately I tried to use the pin that was given to me by Got Refill, but could not use it as it said that it had already been used I have contacted them at least times and have not heard one word from them, and asked them to refund my money to my Visa If they have not done that, when I receive my next bill, I will contest it then I understand people making mistakes, but they could certainly answer me my email or phone
I purchased time for my phone and when I could not use the time I purchased I called them back. I was told another phone (not mine) used the minutes and I could not have a refund or new minutes. I was told there was nothing that the company could do for me. This as anyone knows is a lie, they could have done a number of things to help me but decided instead that stealing $33 was more important. This is a patheticly cheap company that will not help you and is more intrested in taking your money and giving you nothing in return.

I am a single mother on a tight income... I decided to look online for net10 refill cards amd came across this company... They had a good deal! 1000 mins for 25.00... I took the chance amd purchased it... I tried to enter the pin # tht was given to me and my service wouldnt accept it... I was told tht the pin was incompatible with my phone... Net10 wont do anything about it (ie refund money or give me a valid pin #) and ive been leaving voicemesseges and emails to gotrefills.com but no1 will get back to me... I know tht 26.78 may not seem like a lot to the average person but to a single mother of 2 (1 of who is a special needs child),, tht is alot of money!!
Shame on you gotrefills.com for scamming so many ppl!!!
I paid my [redacted] mobile bill through the Got Refill site and my phone was off the next day!. I should have known something was funny, because my internet went first!. I am truly disgusted that there are people out there who are ok with stealing others hard earn money. I spent my very last to pay my bill and now I have nothing :( I use my phone to work. Now what am I supposed to do. More of a weight added to my shoulders.
