Towing and they told me they have been trying to contact her about towing the car but they said she
didn’t answer. As of today as I’m typing this letter I haven't heard from her or her son anymore. And the
car is still here. So I am giving her five business days from the day you receive this letter to come and get
the car removed from my shop without any charges Customer Satisfaction. And after that I'm not responsible.
