Review: My husband and I recently purchased a TempurPedic mattress at the Got Sleep store in the Olympia Mall. We were ready to purchase when the sales associate suggested we purchase a floor model for a few hundred dollars less. She assured us that is comes with the same warranty as all the other mattresses, so we made the purchase for roughly $1800.00 for the mattress only, no box spring. We were told we should purchase a mattress protector to keep the warranty in tact also. We did this. Then we were told by several sales associates and the delivery personnel that we should sleep on the mattress for thirty nights to let our bodies adjust before we try to exchange. So imagine our surprise when we tried to exchange our mattress and were told we could not because there is a non-exchange policy on floor models. My husband has nerve damage in his right leg and is having pain while sleeping in this bed, not to mention that he is over-heating with the tempur material. He hasn't been able to sleep past three in the morning since we purchased the mattress. We have not heard from Got Sleep since we filed a complaint in the store three weeks ago. We no longer want to exchange our mattress for a new one, we want to exchange for a full refund and to take our business elsewhere. Their bait and switch tactics are not appreciated. We would have never spent this kind of money on a mattress unless we had a comfort guarantee. Desired Settlement: We would like a full refund followed by the pick up of the mattress. This would allow us to find a new mattress before they pick up the old one.

Got Sleep has a 180 day comfort guarantee on all new purchases. This does not apply to stained, damaged, clearance, closeout and As IS products.

Review: I purchased a bed from Got Sleep, the sleep train in the Roseville Galleria Mall. within 2 weeks of the purchase I asked for a different bed due to back issues. I received the new bed without issue, however the new bed doesn't seem to be any different and the back problems are increasing. I've called and left multiple messages with very little response, and the response I do get is limited with no solution in sight. I would like to have the option to return bed for either a refund or exchange. I do have medical records consisting of Rx medications, Shots, MRI and x-rays since the bed has been purchased. I do not believe the mattress is helping these issues.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund and then I can make a decision whether I want to purchase a different mattress from them or shop elsewhere. Thank you very much.
