the return and agreed to send a larger size, which was not a good fit eitherWe again accepted the return and offered *** *** a discount on a different itemShe did ask that her funds be returned and we explained that we were unable to do so as our policy only allows for exchange or credit but would be able to send her the shoe in a bigger size or offer a discount- She stated that she would prefer just the next size so we shipped the size she requested.Although *** *** agreed to receive the size via email prior to its arrival she contacted your agency to make a complaint.We have done everything possible to accommodate *** *** with her purchase, even offering her a discount on any item of her choiceAs previously stated, the company policy is exchange or store credit and we do not have the authority to offer her a refundHowever, the discount will still be offered when she is ready to purchase.Again, I appreciate your assistance in this matterPlease do not hesitate to contact me with anv further questions.Thank you,Dot S
