I am rejecting this response because: You're a crooked fraud and you will hear from my attorney. The vehicle couldn't pass inspection because it had a blown motor. Read your own contract. You are the reason my friend Car Dealerships have the reputation they have. You could have stood up, been a man, called your insurance company (if you have insurance) and taken care of this. But instead you push this out. Take advantage of people who have no money and or bad credit. Unfortunately you sold a car to the wrong guy this time. Have a wonderful day fraud and I'll see you in court

The customer has already received his title

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:Not even a certified tech from Mercedes Benz was able to see the vehicle had a sludged motor. I did not bring a tech with me to inspect the car I brought a person to drive my car home. You sold me a vehicle that was never inspected, was unsafe, should never have been sold, and I was advised by a number of lawyers to not step foot on the property. The person I sent was a compliance manager and never stated they worked for DMV. I'm trying every step possible to save YOUR company money as I can sue for up to 3x the price of the car and damages. You know as well I as I what you sold me should never have been sold. We could have resolved this like business people but instead you refuse. All the information you posted is also incorrect. Regardless of my NJ status, taxes, or Drivers License it did not need to take a month and a half to get me a title. The AS IS was never checked and you know that. I never signed an AS IS buyers guide cause your company doesn't provide them. You should DO THE RIGHT thing as a company owner. Provide the information to your business insurance and let them send out the payment. Or we go to court. You have the documents and know all the laws that were broken. We have not even gotten into the lemon law cases yet. I'm not trying to threaten you, but what you did was wrong and you know that. I informed your company within weeks of owning the car that the motor was blown. At that point we could have worked something out as stated in my e-mails I sent to you guys. Instead you blew me off. I guess now we can go to court and have a judge or mediator settle it for us. I will inform you that if we do that I will go for allotted 3xs value. I tried to get you to pay 1/of the motor and install and nothing else. You also refused

Jason Mincica

Hi, you purchased the vehicle over a year ago and we submitted proof to DMV that your title was mailed as we have copies, I even attached them to this document. It is not in our hands that you did not receive your title, we sent it to the address you provided us. We will not issue you tags because...

your title was mailed. What you will need to do is go to DMV in apply for a title, you have your bill of sale and copies that the title was reassigned to you. it is no longer in our hands to get you a duplicate title and we will not reimburse you. Go to [redacted] DMV and apply for ownership. We did not rob you for your money, this is why we do not mail titles out because if it gets lost its not our responsibility to re issue a title. You requested for it to be mailed to [redacted]

To Whom It May Concern; We at Bloomingdale Auto Group do not register vehicles for customers unless the car is financed, we do however provide temporary plates and registration / title for customers. I understand that your sales person might have explained it incorrectly to you and we apologize...

for that. However, the sales person you were dealing with did not charge you State of New Jersey Sales Tax on the vehicle and as a business who collects Tax for the State of NJ we are required to charge that. Your sales representative made a mistake by not charging you and again we apologize for that. If we have given you the title and stamped it with 0 tax collected the Department of Motor Vehicle would have sent you back. We did explain to your sales representative that he made a huge mistake on his part. The fees you paid at the dealership were not fees for us to register your car, if you do look at your sales contract you would have a breakdown of exactly what the fees were for. Again, we apologize that our sales representative made mistake but we do not have a choice but to collect sales tax from NJ residents. You were advised by the police officer that you must pay that as well. If there was something we could do then we would but those fees are the States Sales Tax. Thank you

Please see attachments I sent these in the previous complaint as well. As is is checked and he signed bottom of page, also see bill of sale that he signed waiver of dealers obligation.

To whom this may concern:I Mohammed [redacted] the owner of Bloomingdale Auto Group sold [redacted] a 2005 Mercedes C Class on October 17th 2016. [redacted] stated to us that he works for Mercedes and knows all about these cars he had someone else with him checking out the car and making sure...

everything was fine, he test drove it and ended up purchasing the vehicle. We tell every one of our customers they can bring a mechanic with them to check out the car before purchasing. [redacted] purchased the car and kept stating that he works for Mercedes and he knows all about these cars, so from our understanding if he works for Mercedes he would know better than ourselves what would be wrong with the car IF there was an issue at time of purchase. Regardless of the fact that he knows about Mercedes vehicles, as showed in the attachments [redacted] SIGNED AS IS, we are NOT responsible for anything as soon as car leaves our lot. He stated to Revdex.com that he did not sign anything as is but showing our documents he did. The reason [redacted] title took so long is because he has a [redacted] address and stated he was going to change it to a New Jersey Address and if that was the case we would need to collect NJ Sales Tax on the vehicle before releasing any title/reassignment. After a month he decided to change his license but never sent us proof , never decided to come in or pay taxes until just December 19th. On December 19th WE collected NJ SALES TAX and provided him with a reassignment with his New Jersey Address. [redacted] is requesting that we pay more than what he purchased the car from us before. Bloomingdale Auto Group is NOT responsible for what he replacement or what he claims he replacement for all we know he had those bills printed since he is a parts manager at Mercedes. Regardless of what [redacted] states he signed as is and we are covered through courts. [redacted] also has his aunt and a person who stated he was a NJ Compliance Officer come into our place of business, we contacted the police and made a police report for false identity. The guy was intact NOT A NEW JERSEY COMPLIANCE OFFICER FOR DMV. We have a police report and [redacted] is more than welcome to take us to court because all documents show as is. We will not be providing any sort of payment to him. Thank You

To Whom It May Concern; I Mohammed am the owner of Bloomingdale Auto Group. As I read this message from Revdex.com I was a little shocked because this customer who purchased the 2005 Kia Sedona just purchased the vehicle on August 8th 2017. The customer paid the full amount on a credit card, we do not...

release titles when paid with credit card same day for compliance reasons. We have the title for this vehicle, and since the money was cleared from our credit card processor we will now be able to release the title. This customer was given a 21 day out of state temporary tag and registration so he is able to drive the vehicle with no worries. Also, I have never spoken to this customer he did however deal with my sales associate and sales associates are no allowed to release titles or sign off on them since they are not members listed in the DMV system to sign off on titles. I will be more then happy to give this customer his title, he can come in anytime to pick it up and sign off on it as now I will need copies that he picked up the title since this complaint was made.
