Word of advice…If you have a wildlife problem, DO NOT use this company!
This company came recommended from an exterminator that my family has been using for years, so my husband and I thought we were in good hands. We had multiple areas between our house siding and soffits in which birds were living and building nests. We received an estimate for the removal, covering of the entry areas, and preventing future birds from nesting or entering our house and we were ensured that we would be satisfied.
The day the work was completed, we were told that the job would take all day to complete. We had arranged for someone to be at our house by 2pm to inspect the work and give final payment. An all day job turned out taking about 3 hours, which had my husband and me questioning the integrity of the work. When we arrived home later that night, our tan newly sided house had black aluminum covering the multiple areas where the birds were entering. Also, silver screws and silver vent covers were used to drill all the black aluminum into the house. We had just recently spent a significant amount of money to replace the siding on our entire house and now these areas that were “repaired” by the company are a complete eye sore.
My husband had communicated via e-mail with the company’s manager about our dissatisfaction with the work. We were under the understanding that the supplies used to complete the job would match our house (as per e-mail communication). The manager came out to inspect the work, but the company’s owner refused to come see the shoddy work without receiving an additional $250.00 fee.
While we were trying to come up with an agreement with the company’s owner, since we now had to fix the damage that was done to our house, the company owner went to the county court system and sued us over the balance we owed. We had all intentions of paying for the completed work (given that the birds were removed from the house), but we were attempting to reach an agreement given we had to fix the damages. We countersued for the amount it would cost to repair the damage to our house. When we went to small claims court in order to dismiss both law suits, we ended up paying the company and we still have to pay to repair the damage to our house. We would told by the owner that they were “not contractors” and they were not responsible for the cosmetic work done to the house.
As a home owner, when work is being completed your house, you would expect the end result to look similar if not better than the previous. My parents have owned and operated their own business for 30 years and if one of their customers is unhappy with the work the company provides, it is their duty as the owners to go out and inspect the work. I would highly recommend staying away from this company due to their poor workmanship and unprofessionalism.

Review: Hired [redacted]'s company Got Wildlife? LLC. On 3/**/15 they came for an inspection, and charged $125.00. To remove/exclude a skunk from under my deck it would be $650.00, not including inspection charge. They guarantee exclusion. They started on 3/**/15 to exclude the skunk. This lasted to approximately 3/**/15 when I was told the skunk was out for good and not to worry. On 4/**/15 I called them for 2 days with no call back, stating there was another hole under the deck and a skunk smell. On 4/**/15 at night I stopped payment on my credit card. After my credit card company called me, about 1 1/2 hours later I received a call from [redacted], he left a message on my machine. He would send someone to check. The next day someone checked and said it was not a skunk and it was a groundhog. He said this because we had a have a heart trap to try to catch a groundhog we saw in the back yard, that we thought was under our shed. We have not seen it any more. [redacted] called the next day to say we had a long standing problem with groundhogs, as per my friend, so not to argue with him, I released payment on credit card and I paid him in good faith. He left a message on my machine " you have groundhogs and if you would liked that removed we can certainly help you with that, but it is certainly outside the scope of removing your skunks and excluding them. The groundhog is a separate animal and again as per your friend it is a known problem ". Every morning we find holes under the deck. We have done some exclusion work the last few weeks. There is a strong smell of skunks, and a determined animal to get back under the deck. Actually it digs furiously to get back in and I am thinking it has babies now, under there. I am so upset with this company and [redacted] I would not recommend them to anyone. $650 should have guaranteed exclusion, not having to call again and have them exclude again. As per website " conduct exclusion to ensure critter will not re-enter your home. Provide guarantee on all work performed. THEY DO NOT!Desired Settlement: I would like this company to stand by their guarantee and remove skunk and their babies. They only excluded the back of the deck and not the sides. They didn't think the animal would move to the sides. We have done the proper exclusion work on the sides and fixed the work they did. This animal has to be removed permanently. As per their website " Got Wildlife? Will provide you with a guarantee on all work performed". I'm not sure that means for a few days or weeks but permanently
