I wanted to exchange a Purse I bought for my daughter for Christmas. Emailed several times no response. No customer service at all. Order # 33262 I just want an exchange no money back how can this not be addressed. I'm still waiting, the products sold on this site are not inexpensive. Please advice how exchanges are delt with.

I have repeatedly sent emails to this company and no response. I never received my order please refund my credit card immediately this is very bad business stealing my money.

I got the bag and the latch on the purse was jammed so I emailed about six times and got no response. I don't understand why such a good business would have better customer service it really sucks I would not refer this company to anyone 😭😔😭😭

I recently ordered three handbags from gota store. Two of the bags I received and I must say, they are absolutely beautiful. But the third handbag( which actually was the first one I ordered) has not arrived. There is no phone number to call, so I’ve now sent three emails to their contact email on the website..crickets..nothing..I even sent them a copy of the invoice of my purchase so they could see exactly what I had ordered..crickets..nothing from them..not even a courtesy email saying we received your email. My last email to them was that if I didn’t hear from them in 3 days, I would report the charge as fraudulent on my credit card and reverse the charges..again, crickets.. nothing. I loved the bags I purchased, and I would have become a consistent customer and tell all my friends and family about the beautiful products they have. I now wouldn’t tell my worse enemy about this company. Gota bags store, if your customer service sucks, your business is unfortunately sucks too. Nobody wants to do business with a company that can’t get in contact with! Get it together or go home! You have great merchandise and you could be a high ranking online store but you need to answer clients when that have bought products from you and they have an issue. Come on!.

I had the Neverfull for exactly 1 month before it started falling apart. This was a birthday present from my mom and we were both so disappointed. They won’t do anything about the bag. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY with this store! Literally the worst quality!

I requested an address to return as per there Refund Policy and was send an Email with a link that did not have an address. I have now sent 4 emails with no reply. It stated the message had been read and destroyed. Please do yourself a favor. Save your money.

The web site was easy to use. A friendly and fast response . Quality of bags is very good. I have had a bag for six months and use it nearly everyday for shopping , and many more years to go.

The Gota Store is a virtual store, https://www.gota.store/, and it utilizes Instagram, @thegotastore, for advertisement. I found it on Instagram and decided to purchase online. When I received the item, on the specified time, it did not look much like the picture and it had a scratch. For these reasons I decided to return. I tried contacting them on their site and Instagram and only received a response from Instagram stating for me to return the item. When I did utilizing the address on their site (they left me on seen when I asked for a return address on Instagram) UPS returned the item to me saying that address was invalid. I wasted money on return and still no refund and a damage item (purse).
