The complaint filed by Ms [redacted] is puzzlingMs [redacted] is misrepresenting the Franchise Agreement that she signed after a long and extensive period of due diligence as required by Gotcha Covered and the Federal Trade CommissionAccording to the Franchise Agreement, Ms [redacted] was obligated to pay a franchise fee that would have funded the computer and travel expenses that she referencesHowever, Ms [redacted] neglected to mention that she never paid the franchise fee in the first placeTherefore, she is quite literally complaining that we did not allow her to keep a computer that she should have paid for- but did notOf course, had she actually paid the franchise fee, we would have allowed her to keep the computerWith over franchise business owners operating successfully across the U.Sand Canada, this is the first and only complaint we have had Additionally, had Ms [redacted] been more honest in her complaint, she would have also mentioned that we have the legal right to enforce her franchise agreement and promissory note, which would have resulted in collections totaling more than $180,We voluntarily chose not to pursue these damages, but if Ms [redacted] would like to pursue this further, we will re-explore that optionMs [redacted] has also failed to mention that she did not return multiple phone calls and emails by us to discuss this matter Further, her charge that Gotcha Covered is a “pyramid scheme franchise” is and defamatoryGotcha Covered is a very well respected franchise as our business owners (who by the way she has spoken with), will attest to Ultimately, this is a frivolous complaint from someone that either does not have basic common sense or is not willing to take personal responsibility for her actionEither way, we consider the matter closed [redacted] ***CEOToll Free: ###-###-#### Ext***Direct: ###-###-####Fax: ###-###-####***@gotchacovered.com Check out our article in Business View Magazine!

However, Ms. [redacted] neglected to mention that she never paid the franchise fee in the first place. Therefore, she is quite literally complaining that we did not allow her to keep a computer that she should have paid for- but did not. Of course, had she actually paid the franchise fee, we would have allowed her to keep the computer. With over 80 franchise business owners operating successfully across the U.S. and Canada, this is the first and only complaint we have had.   Additionally, had Ms. [redacted] been more honest in her complaint, she would have also mentioned that we have the legal right to enforce her franchise agreement and promissory note, which would have resulted in collections totaling more than $180,000. We voluntarily chose not to pursue these damages, but if Ms. [redacted] would like to pursue this further, we will re-explore that option.
