Once the customer ate at [redacted], the customer needed to move their vehicle. She got towed during the biggest event in Greensboro that takes place the same time every year, A&T Homecoming. we have a contract with [redacted] cause they have a big problem with people eating there and leaving...

their vehicles for many hoursThe parking lot is extremely small, so once a person eats there they need to take their vehicle and move it and not leave it sitting. Yes a lot of cars got towed from that parking lot for the same reason. The [redacted] parking lot is right in the center of all the homecoming activities so people think it is ok to leave their vehicles there, but it is not. They lose business from other people trying to come in and eat because the previous people left their cars there and are gone for hours. So no there will not be any money refunded. We are contracted with [redacted] for that reason, people park their vehicles and leave them for hours to go onto the college campus

I am rejecting this response because: I do not think you all followed proper state law towing protocol and the next time you choose to jack my car up without notifying local law enforcement agency or notifying the owner and force me to pay in cash I will contact an attorney and take legal action . You towing companies that patrol off campus college apartment complexes just jack people's cars up and demand unreasonable amounts of money .

Our company completely understands that you got a new vehicle. The customer also understands the rules at the apartment complex if she read her lease. Only thing the customer had to do was call our office and tell us the situation before she parked her vehicle. If we were aware of the situation both...

car would not have been towed at all. As far as my office staff, she did nothing wrong to the customer. My dispatcher did call the police on the customer because she was acting out of control. The cops are only called out when our staff is being disrespected extremely or someone refuses to leave the premises. The office only agreed to pay the customers bill because she is a resident and she was showing out so bad. Her brother's car had to be paid for because he has no ties to the property. There will be no refunds given. We did not do anything wrong. The customer was just careless.

I am rejecting this response because:
The response from the business is way off base.  First off I never called anyone an [redacted] it.  I was so angry that I did say it but did  not use the [redacted].  She told me she had the conversation taped so you can get a tape of the conversation if needed.  I called because when I faxed the copy of the bill to my insurance for reimbursement they denied the claim because it was dated for 2016.  This just was the topping on the whole situation. My husband and the gentleman's whose driveway my husband had to pull the car into because my alternator went out  said the driver never took pictures of my car.  If he did, I would like to see those pictures.  I asked Mr. [redacted] if I could  give you his number and  he said that would be fine.  His number  is [redacted]. Also my husband said the dispatcher was rude when he called to complain about the shroud damage.  We were suppose to take before pictures per the dispatcher or they would not take responsibility.  They did email us another receipt for me to send to the insurance company.I have attached photos that were taken of my car by my husband.  Number 1 & 2 were taken at [redacted] where my car was dropped off.  Number 3 & 4 were take at Mr. [redacted]'s house.  At this point I don't want them to fix my car because I honestly would be fearful they would damage it more (possibly on purpose).  [redacted]I have tried to send this response 3 times and it is not going through.  I am going to resend again without the photos and will send the photos in a separate response.[redacted]

Ms. [redacted] first problem was that she talked to someone out in the field. The pay off price at the location was $200 if she had cash in her pocket. Our trucks do not wait around for people to get money. Ms. [redacted] car was $300 once it got to our impound location. Ms. [redacted] also did...

not call the office to get the new price of her vehicle. If she would have called the office instead of just coming to the impound location, we would have told her the price changes once the vehicle is impounded behind our gate. Ms. [redacted] will not be given a refund because she was parked on private property with no parking permit.
