Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and I accept it

Our company completely understands that you got a new vehicleThe customer also understands the rules at the apartment complex if she read her leaseOnly thing the customer had to do was call our office and tell us the situation before she parked her vehicleIf we were aware of the situation both car would not have been towed at allAs far as my office staff, she did nothing wrong to the customerMy dispatcher did call the police on the customer because she was acting out of controlThe cops are only called out when our staff is being disrespected extremely or someone refuses to leave the premisesThe office only agreed to pay the customers bill because she is a resident and she was showing out so badHer brother's car had to be paid for because he has no ties to the propertyThere will be no refunds givenWe did not do anything wrongThe customer was just careless

Ms [redacted] first problem was that she talked to someone out in the fieldThe pay off price at the location was $if she had cash in her pocketOur trucks do not wait around for people to get moneyMs [redacted] car was $once it got to our impound locationMs [redacted] also did not call the office to get the new price of her vehicleIf she would have called the office instead of just coming to the impound location, we would have told her the price changes once the vehicle is impounded behind our gateMs [redacted] will not be given a refund because she was parked on private property with no parking permit

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 7, 2016/07/18) */
Mr*** was park unauthorized on private propertyWe have a contract through the corporate office with *** ApartmentsWe did not unlawfully tow his vehicleWho ever he went to go visit should have informed him to not park
inside of the *** property but to park on the streetMr*** was charged $instead of $because his vehicle was here more than hoursWe have towing signs all throughout the propertyMr*** claims he didn't see signs but there are at least signs on that property aloneIt is always wise to look for towing signs when you are parking on private propertyIt is also good for you to ask whoever you went to go visit is there any towing at this complexWe take cash only for impounds yes because of pass situations where people go back and dispute the chargesWe do take cards for other services we offer just not impoundsMr*** will not receive a refund because we did our part with upholding our contract and removing any vehicle without a parking passMr*** did not do his part by looking for tow signs and asking his friend about towing in that particular community

Our driver did not break the shroud underneath the customer's vehicleBefore our driver even touched the vehicle, he took pictures of the carThis is our company policy to always take pictures of a vehicle and previous damage that was done before we get any vehicle in our possessionThis was
an older model vehicleThe customer is holding our company responsible for something that was already broken on her vehicleWe will not pay for a new shroud because of someone else's negligenceThe customer also said that our dispatcher was very rude which is also not trueThe customer called our line back and called our driver a *** it just because he wrote the incorrect date on her invoiceThat was totally uncalled That is deformation of characterA person can not just go around calling a person a *** itThe customer is saying our dispatcher was rude, and we know she was notWe have been in business five years and this dispatcher has never ever had any complaints against herThe customer was clearly the rude oneShe became ruder when she realized she would not get her wayThe customer will not get her shroud replaced and she will not get her money back for the towing

I am rejecting this response because:
The response from the business is way off base. First off I never called anyone an *** it. I was so angry that I did say it but did not use the *** ***. She told me she had the conversation taped so you can get a tape of the conversation if needed. I called because when I faxed the copy of the bill to my insurance for reimbursement they denied the claim because it was dated for 2016. This just was the topping on the whole situationMy husband and the gentleman's whose driveway my husband had to pull the car into because my alternator went out said the driver never took pictures of my car. If he did, I would like to see those pictures. I asked Mr*** if I could give you his number and he said that would be fine. His number is ***Also my husband said the dispatcher was rude when he called to complain about the shroud damage. We were suppose to take before pictures per the dispatcher or they would not take responsibility. They did email us another receipt for me to send to the insurance company.I have attached photos that were taken of my car by my husband. Number & were taken at *** *** where my car was dropped off. Number & were take at Mr***'s house. At this point I don't want them to fix my car because I honestly would be fearful they would damage it more (possibly on purpose). ***I have tried to send this response times and it is not going through. I am going to resend again without the photos and will send the photos in a separate response.*** ***

Mr*** was aware that his vehicle would be towedHe claims that he went out of town and didn't know, but that is informationMr*** was well aware of his car being towedHe took it upon himself to snatch the sticker off of his vehicle and then moved his vehicle to another spot on
the propertyHe also put the emergency break up thinking that a car can not be towed if an emergency break is upThe only thing that Mr*** had to do was go into the office and tell the property manager that he needed more time to get his vehicle inspected like the other 30-cars that were on the listIf Mr*** claims he has lived on the property so long he knows how the towing works out thereAll the effort that he has put into complaining would have only taken him two minutes to go into the office to let the office know his situation and they would have given him additional timeMr*** was also given over a $discount on his vehicle

I am rejecting this response because: I do not think you all followed proper state law towing protocol and the next time you choose to jack my car up without notifying local law enforcement agency or notifying the owner and force me to pay in cash I will contact an attorney and take legal action You towing companies that patrol off campus college apartment complexes just jack people's cars up and demand unreasonable amounts of money

Ms*** first problem was that she talked to someone out in the fieldThe pay off price at the location was $if she had cash in her pocketOur trucks do not wait around for people to get moneyMs*** car was $once it got to our impound location. Ms*** also did
not call the office to get the new price of her vehicleIf she would have called the office instead of just coming to the impound location, we would have told her the price changes once the vehicle is impounded behind our gateMs*** will not be given a refund because she was parked on private property with no parking permit

Ms*** was parked on Sebastian Village property with no parking permitMs*** is not a resident at Sebastian so she has to park her vehicle on the streetIt was her responsibility as a guest to ask the person she went to go visit what their towing policies wereMost private properties
especially student properties have certain towing policiesThere is also no time frame on how long a car can be parked at a locationWe patrol the area and we have a contract with corporate to patrol the area for people with no parking permits. How are my drivers going to know how long a vehicle is parked? There are over vehicles on the propertyMs*** will not receive any money for her negligenceThis is a towing city so she just needs to be careful where she parks
