Gotcha Towing

Review: Car was towed away by this company Wednesday started calling them when they first opened in the am Thursday morning. Company did not have my information or could not tell me where my car was, paid all my fees to wells Fargo, so when I called back to go get my car was told could not pick up until Monday and they are charging me for my belongings that I left in my car and they are now charging me $45 a day to keep it... There were site say they close at 6 pm but they just said on the phone they close at 3:45 and I would have to wait all weekend to get my vehicle and now want to charge me an extra $400. They held my vehicle hostage so that I would have to pay more storage fees. I don't know how they are by law allowed to treat consumers like this. How are they allowed to take my personal property and charge me $85 to get it back.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed for their storage fees.
