My husband ordered a pair of socks for our son over a month agoHe received the confirmation email and the order has been charged to his account but we still haven't received the socksHe has sent three emails just asking for an update, but has not received any response at allCustomer service makes or breaks businesses these daysAll we are asking for is an updateHaving not heard anything from them, I sent an email to [redacted] on 9/11/stating please see the below email in regards to the Revdex.com complaint ID # [redacted] filed on 8/24/Based on your response to the complaint August 26, " We will get this customers order shipped out ASAP with a free pair as wellContact email for future reference is [email protected]"I also included a copy of my payment confirmation and the receipt numberI would have thought that we would have received some communication by nowI was charged for the socks on July 24, which is almost months ago.I would like the socks that I orderedI plan to place no future orders with this business and hope that the socks , once received, are actually worth the hassle in the first place.I cannot even describe my disappointment

I just wanted to let you know that in regards to this complaint below I didnt see it in time to resolveHowever this morning I shipped out this customers order along with free items as well. Sorry for late responseA tracking number for the customers package was sent to the customer's email
that they had on file with us and should be delivered by weeks end. Thank YOU!

After notifying the company that a complaint was filed, they responded very quickly and refunded the amountWe exchanged a few nice emails. They explained they are a man operation and have had thousands of orders in a short amount of time
They said they would send the original order and an additional product at no chargeHowever, a few days later, I received an email stating that they were so displeased with my Revdex.com complaint, that they felt they had fulfilled their obligations and would not be sending the products, as earlier stated

This buyer has been refunded

Ordered a shirt and did not receive a tracking number. It's been over a month now. I messaged them about my order and have not heard back.

I ordered a hat on8/15/2016 order # PQRC-47748 the money was taken from my account but I have not received a shipping /tracking number and have not received the hat. I have emailed with not response.
I would NEVER ORDER FOR THIS COMPANY OR RECOMMEND ANYONE TO.
