emails. They explained they are a man operation and have had thousands of orders in a short amount of timeThey said they would send the original order and an additional product at no chargeHowever, a few days later, I received an email stating that they were so displeased with my Revdex.com complaint, that they felt they had fulfilled their obligations and would not be sending the products, as earlier stated

I had a similar story where I ordered 3 pairs of socks and when I didn't receive after 3 months and then didn't hear back after another 2, disputed with paypal and got my money back. I told "trey" to keep the socks and not send them but ended up send them anyways after I got my money back.

I ordered a necklace a few weeks ago, emailed you. Got no response. If you do not send me my money back or the necklace then I am suing.

when you threaten to sue, most companies will (and should) no longer talk to you but have you talk to their lawyers. and not so much about getting your money back but the agreement you made about time frames etc.

I placed an order on Nov 29th for a Christmas present for my son...a pair of socks. They took my money immediately, sent a confirmation email. It is now Jan 18th. No socks, and no answer to 3 emails. Horrible! They stole my money, do NOT buy from them!
My son is extremely disappointed!

I ordered 2 hats more than a month ago, I have sent 3 emails and contacted you on Instagram with no response for either, I also didn't even receive a tracking number which they say you receive right after you buy you customer service is trash, your delivery is trash, if anyone is looking for the stuff on this website don't buy it, go somewhere else because these scammers won't deliver to you. Either send me my hats or I'm Suing.

I ordered socks and a phone care from this website on April 15 (Order #GJYW-516807) It states that orders take between 90-180 days to arrive. I thought the length was strange, but went ahead with the order. When my order did not arrive after 180 days, I contacted the seller numerous times and received no response. I contacted Paypal to dispute the charges, but Paypal's time limit for disputes is 180 days, so I was not able to open a dispute. I can't get my money back now, but I hope I can help prevent anyone else from ordering form this site. I run numerous basketball and volleyball programs, so the $95 this guys stole from me actually cost him hundreds in actual business.

Still no reply to my numerous emails or poor reviews, but these guys still have IG posts promoting their website. It seems as though these guys are scammers for sure, don't waste your money.

Order has been placed on 11/16. Confirmation email has been received w. Confirmation number #XQWB-802647.
When I wanted to check the order status today there seems to be no account system in place although the company states it on their website. There is no way for me to check the real status of my order.
I have send a contact email through their website today as I would like an immediate update on my order.
Reading all the above complaints making me feel very uncomfortable already.

Little info for the company - If you don't want a major complaint through my social media accounts (@dennisjauch) ...trust me you don't want this... I expect a timely response to this matter.

I fully support small business but you need to provide the manpower needed. Service quality is the most important thing!

My son ordered two pairs of socks on 6/27/2016. The order number was #WCTD-575586. As of today, 9/7/2016, I haven't received the socks, nor have I had any communication from the company. I have emailed them asking for a status update on four separate occasions (7/21/2016, 8/3/2016, and 9/5/2016). I get that this is a small company, but I don't understand the lack of communication. My last email stated that I would begin the dispute process with my credit card company and/or Paypal if I don't hear anything back.

Make sure you make your complaint within 180 days or Paypal can't open a dispute.

Review: Ordered socks from this business over the internet on December 7th. I was told they would be delivered by Christmas. When they didn't arrive I tried to contact the business but they don't answer their phone, return calls or e-mails. It's now January 21st and I can't get any type of response from them. This business uses Paypal so they got paid for the product but refuse to deliver.Desired Settlement: I either want the socks I ordered or a refund

Review: In June my husband placed an order for custom socks for our son on GotElites website. We received an email on 6/14/15 saying the order was received and payment was already processed. On 6/23/15, my husband contacted their [redacted] email about delivery status. It seems email is the only way to communicate with this company according to their website. I am assuming the postal code is as stated but there is nothing on their website with a physical address. I only know it's in Sacramento, CA because I found an Instagram page. We received an email reply which said, "As soon as you place an order we start working on your custom sock. The processing time could take up to 3-4 weeks. However! Most of the time the processing period is around 7-10 business days."Multiple emails later (8) to ALL the email addresses on their website on the status of our order have resulted in one response which said "Thank you for contacting [redacted] who takes care of all custom orders and team orders will return an email to you within 12 hours...." That email was received at 12:30pm on 7/30/2015. We are still waiting to hear from Jim. We are still waiting for the product which we no longer wish to have.Desired Settlement: We want our money back

Review: My 16yr old son placed an order with Gotelites for two pairs of socks on Nov 26 2015 for Christmas and has not received his order as of 1/24/2016. He ordered this with his own credit card, which was charged $41.99 through PayPal. I am checking on it on his behalf. Several email attempts have been made to all contact emails with company have gone unanswered, with the exception of an automated response from the original inquiry.Desired Settlement: I simply want my son to get his socks, or the company (through PayPal) to provide him a refund.

Review: I ordered socks from the company on 7/7/15. Their website states that the items takes 2-3 days processing time (or 14-21 for custom socks- it isn't very clear which we purchased) and 2-3 business days for shipping. After waiting 4 weeks,I emailed the company (as a phone number is not provided.) I requested an update on the order and did not receive a response. I sent a couple of additional emails and still, no response. I finally went to their Instagram page and warned other consumers about my experience, which got their attention. I was asked to send an email to an alternate address. Still no response on the first email and the 2nd read as follows: "This is the 5th email I have written requesting an update on order #...... If I do not receive a response within 24 hours, I will be filling a complaint with the Revdex.com" After that threat, I received the following response within an hour: "Hi there, usually takes me up 2-3 days to get back to emails. Sorry for your problems. What is the name on the order?" I responded with detailed information immediately and 7 days has passed. The only email I have received was unprofessional and rude and still no action has been taken on their part. I strongly advice against anyone ordering from the company, as it appears to be a scam. At this point, we would like a refund for the product.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to respond and refund on money. Ultimately, this company needs to be shut down and possibly have a lawsuit filled against them.
