basement for them. [redacted] had [redacted] come out on September 5th, and did not contact us nor did he call when they were there,.[redacted] Gas could not access the basement to turn on the gas. He did not report any of this to us until September 9th.
We asked [redacted] when he will have [redacted] Gas come back out to turn on the gas. [redacted] said he didn't want to miss work so it would be Saturday, September 18th. I told [redacted] that we would be more than happy to meet [redacted] Gas at his apartment for him if he would like it to be earlier than the 18th.
Maintenance switched the stove, and we scheduled for maintenance to have the basement unlocked on Saturday , September 18th. I feel there was some miscommunication with [redacted]. We always try to make sure our residents are taken care of and we provide the best service we can. We will offer a $75.00 rent concession for November to help offset any additional expenses he might have had.
