Gotham City Gym

Review: I am a member of this gym. I went to workout last Wednesday (10/**/2013) and the gym was closed. There was no warning and no signs posted on the business as to why they were closed. A week later,the business is still closed. I feel like they have run off with my money. No one answers when I call the number to the gym.Desired Settlement: I would just like an answer as to why the gym is closed and if necessary I would like a refund of my monies paid.

Review: I signed up with Gotham City Gym on 9/*/13 and paid for a full year to use their establishment. Within a month of my membership the gym close down to my surprise. No call or any sort of formal letter to indicate this was sent to my address. I would like to be refunded the funds I paid for the full year considering they did not honor the contract on there end.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the full amount paid upon joining the gym considering they closed down within the month.

Review: The gym promptly closed on Wednesday, Oct **, 2013 without any explanation, no posting or telephone number does not take calls. I just joined on 8/**/13 for $99.00/year and now they closed without any info to it's members.

Review: I signed up for a 1 year membership at the Gotham City gym in April 2013 and paid in full for the year. On October [redacted] 2013 I went to the gym and it was closed during business hours. It has been a week and the gym is STILL closed with no signs of reopening. There are no signs posted on the door and any warning that the gym would be shutting down. This company stole mine and the other members money that paid for yearly service. The gym only has 1 phone number that no one answers and there is no other contact information for them.Desired Settlement: I would to be refunded for the 6 months I had left on my contract that I paid for.

Review: On 09/**/13 I purchased/signed a gym memebership agreement for 1 yr with Gotham City Gym. They charged me $155.00 for the year and noticed on Friday 11/*/13 that they were closed and a hand written note saying: Complaint form Fax to [redacted] You can go to [redacted] to print out form. Revdex.com to file a complaint online Ask for your money back.

This business closed down and didnt advise me about it nor gave me my money back. I'm requesting my money back soon as possible
