Review: Should've recognized the first red flag when we bought the [redacted] for the "sprint" and they informed us we had to book a date within days or the [redacted] is no longer validWe booked anyway
Some business came up out of town and I was going to be about hours away at the time of sprintSo I emailed requesting to rescheduleNot cancel, or asking for a refund, just reschedule
I was told that they cannot do that within days of the eventI told them this was last minute business, and they refused
So instead, they took my $(purchased two sprints), and couldn't care less about me
Horrible customer service, arbitrary policies.Desired Settlement: I would ask for a reschedule, but I don't even want that from themI want my money back and to warn every potential customer away

This policy is to protect the run of the eventAs we travel to venues all over the country, we must set up and confirm scheduling ten days in advance so that we can set the staff, customers and event itself up for success prior traveling to the venue itselfIts clearly stated in several places so that customers are well aware of the policy in advanceIf customers cancel or change their reservation prior to the ten day deadline, we happily honor the voucher at alternate locations or on alternate dates
We spoke to [redacted] via emailAfter the initial conversation, we did offer to reschedule him to another time within that weekend, and then our Sprint Manager, [redacted], offered to honor the voucher at another location[redacted] did not respond to either offer
Those conversations, as well as copies of his confirmation emails clearly stating our policies are included below

Unfortunately, we can not extend the voucher to our next date in NOLA as we don't know if we will be returning to the marketWe would love to return to every city where there is demand, but that is not always the caseWe wouldn't want to extend your voucher for the next date in NOLA if that date were never to happenI set the event calendars, but would not be able to determine if we'll be returning to the area until we see how the event runs along with many other factorsWe would only be able to honor the [redacted] for these dates unless you wanted to travel to one of the other cities where we run the eventLet me know if there is anything else I can do to help

I am not asking to take my
money back or elsewhereIt was a gift, and I'm miles away on a film shoot and cannot take the person it was a gift for
