I do not accept the response' from the business "under review" since this has been an open issue for 7months and no reimbursement activity occurred after May 2014. There was no signed contract nor signed agreement for the use of my debit card at this establishment. I wish for the reimbursement to be made immediately at this time for the total due of $2,400.00.Thank you and best, *** ***

Review: The gym membership that began in October of 2013 was only authorized for the month. The gym membership was cancelled and a verbal agreement was made with "[redacted]. There was no signed contract nor any authorization made for the use of my debit card to be used after this month. However fraudulent charge were deducted using my debit card that totaled in the amount of $2700 by Gotham Fitness Partners. After bringing this issue up to the [redacted], he agreed to pay back the amount of $2700. The first reversal was received on May [redacted] 2014 in the amount of $300. After this month he did not answer phone calls nor responded to messages regarding this open issue. A total of $2400 is still due from Gotham Fitness Partners.Desired Settlement: Settlement would be be the immediate payment of $2400 from Gotham Fitness Partners.
