Before the surgery *** *** never explained that creating a Lasik flap leaves you vulnerable to serious permanent complications because the lasik flap never fully heals.There are many other options you can have besides Lasik, like PRK or Lasek that creates no corneal flap which were not discussedMost lasik issues are flap related and were never discussedBefore the surgery I had very moderate astigmatism and to hear that I still had almost -1.0D of under correction was a disappointmentWhich it did notThis should have been discussed after the first post operative visit that there was still under correction in my right eye and that why I was still blurryMy trust is completely lost with Gotham Lasik VisionThere is no commitment to 20/vision

Most lasik issues are flap related and were never discussed. Before the surgery I had very moderate astigmatism and to hear that I still had almost -1.0D of under correction was a disappointment. Which it did not. This should have been discussed after the first post operative visit that there was still under correction in my right eye and that why I was still blurry. My trust is completely lost with Gotham Lasik Vision. There is no commitment to 20/20 vision.

Review: I was mislead by Gotham LASIK and there office staff. I was charged for a [redacted] I never received. I was never told about there policy. I went into the office to see [redacted] on October * 2014 for the initial consult where I gave them $250.00 and I scheduled the LASIK for October [redacted] at 6:45 pm. The remaining balance was $4425.00. There policy was that they would charge your credit card if you did not give 3 business days notice to either reschedule or cancel, I didn't have 3 business days. The contract I signed was read to me by an office associate [redacted]. My eyes were dialted, I couldn't see. She never told me that I would be charged in full if I had to reschedule or cancel, regardless the 3 business day policy wouldn't apply. I felt rushed into this process by them and mislead. I have lost all trust and want my money refunded. I called and sent an email to the Doctor explaining this but have not heard back.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my credit card refunded the $250.00 inital deposit and the $4425.00 balance I was charged. I am within my rights to have that refunded back.
