Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The issue at hand has nothing to do with the property not selling It was the realtors decision to leave the lockbox on the door not mine Regardless of the day to day use of the door, it should not have happened This was the first of many issues with the realtor including: Poor communicationNot following simple instructions with an alarm systemLeaving a key to my property that was taken from the lockbox when she picked it up and it was left in plain sight on a light near my front door (see the attached picture) along with the below text of where the key was left from e-mails directly received from her I took the key out of the lockbox and laid it on top of the lamp post for you [redacted] 12/19/14I did, up high on the lamp since I had no idea you weren't living there [redacted] 12/19/14The issues are numerous with this realtor and frankly it is not surprising Regards, [redacted]

*** * *** I am attaching a excel file with our entire conversation with *** ***. *** found out about the property approximately months ago. It was a rehab that was purchased by *** *** and he was trying to wholesale the property to an investor like us when *** first made contact with himWe offered *** about months ago and the deal never came together. *** *** emailed multiple properties to *** over the coming months that he had picked up and was trying to wholesale and make a quick dollar. We were not interested in any of the properties that he offered us. On December 26th, *** received a text from an unknown number about a deal for a turn-key rental for *** *** responded by asking for the address *** then responded to let *** know that it was *** and he had a new number. As you will see in the conversation *** did nothing unethical and simply said that *** was still on the table. From here the conversation is pretty easy to follow. *** provide a contract and signed as an Ohio Licensed Agent in all initial and signing locations on the contract. When we received the contract back from *** we immediately sent it over to *** *** *** and they ordered title. On 1/the title came back with some defects and we notified *** *** and he said he would contact his previous title agent and work on it. Funds were available to close on that day. I spoke with *** *** on the phone on 1/9/and I offered to meet and sign an extension to the contract. He did not seem too concerned to sign and said we could do on Saturday 1/10/15. This is when my text messages begin with ***. All through the weekend he gave me the impression that he was too busy to meet and we could meetMonday. I called him a couple times in addition to my text messages. On Monday *** let me know that we was selling the property to someone else. At this point I spoke to an attorney and she explained to me what could sue for if he closed the deal with someone else at ***. The amount was *** but it could cost us up to *** in attorney and court fees to see that money. My main reason to sue would be to show the seller that what he did to us was wrong. He also notes that we never provided proof of funds. We did not physically hand him a bank statement because we felt he was the type of person to do unethical things with our account numbers. We explained to him that we had the cash lined up and would close. Our cash source could provide him a note that had access to the cash, but *** said it was not necessary as long as we closed quickly. After several days of thinking about the deal and after speaking with *** we decided to let things go and we have not contacted him since 1/14/15. Thanks for your time in looking into this. If you need more information like email with the title agent please let me know.

To Whom It May Concern:This gentleman had his condo listed with one of our agents for months. With the seller's permission a lockbox was placed on the front/only door to the condo when it was listed. There were only 3-showings of the condo during the six month listing and
the listing expired on Dec5, 2014. Since this is the only door to the condo, it is obvious that the seller used this door multiple times daily to access his home. When the seller contacted our agent on Dec19th about the scratch on the door, the agent responded with the below email...***,I did stop by the condo yesterday to pick up the sign and
lockbox and the sign was not on the deck as I had askedI didn't feel
comfortable going inside because I know you had an alarmI took the key out of
the lockbox and laid it on top of the lamp post for youI can pick up the sign
when you notify me it's on the deck
I did see the scrape on the door and this did not happen
overnightHad you alerted me of this early on I would have taken it off the
door and put it on the lamp postIt was repeatedly being pushed back and forth
when you opened the door, not from realtor activityHad I known earlier I could
have done something about this, but not six months later when the listing was
expired
I'd recommend you get some touch up paint and go over it
We regret that the seller's condo did not sell. And had we known that there was a problem with the lockbox early on, our agent would have remedied the situation. The damage was not result of 3-showings, but rather from the seller's use of the door. We suggest the seller is over-reacting to minor damage of his own making. See below........We value our reputations very highly and our agents work very hard at providing superior service. It would be nice if we could make 100% of the public happy 100% of the time, but occasionally (as in this case) that is not really possible

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The issue at hand has nothing to do with the property not selling.  It was the realtors decision to leave the lockbox on the door not mine.  Regardless of the day to day use of the door, it should not have happened.  This was the first of many issues with the realtor including:1.  Poor communication2. Not following simple instructions with an alarm system3. Leaving a key to my property that was taken from the lockbox when she picked it up and it was left in plain sight on a light near my front door (see the attached picture) along with the below text of where the key was left from e-mails directly received from her.  I took the key out of the lockbox and laid it on top of the lamp post for you. [redacted] 12/19/14I did, up high on the lamp since I had no idea you weren't living there. [redacted] 12/19/14The issues are numerous with this realtor and frankly it is not surprising.
Regards,
[redacted]
