I ordered $82.73 worth of product from Gothic Babe on May 25th 2020. It is July 8th 2020 and I have not received it. I have emailed them about the issue and they told me that the shipping would take longer due to Covid-19. I was patient and then emailed them again after another couple weeks. I just got told the same thing and got sent a tracking number for my package, but even now when I click on the tracking link, it has not moved at all. I have emailed them twice for a refund and they told me that the package is 'in my country? and on the way to me. They won't give me a refund when that's all I really want.

Hello to whomever is overseeing this,
*** has every right to be upset as we were dealing with a shipping agent who sent via a courier that took months to arrive. Fortunately, all of the packages have now arrived but there were times when the packages were stuck in customs or waiting to ship.
We have since made the adjustments to a new shipping agent with new couriers that we were not previously using to cut the shipping times down to reasonable 15-25 days during this covid-19 crisis.
Here are the tracking numbers showing the delivery for each individual package :

As you see the first package arrived July 22, second August 1, and third August 4th.
We did post in our shipping policy regarding the delays due to Covid-19 also the estimated times for shipping for USA 12-35 days under normal circumstances.
My customer service representatives were communicating with *** of this although her wait times were insanely long for this I have already refunded *** for her total of $82.73 while also giving her the products for free for her troubles as our way of saying sorry, in hopes to regain ***'s trust in Gothic Babe.
The refund may take as long as 5-8 business days to reflect back in her account.
We have already made the necessary adjustments to ensure that no other customer will have to wait extended amounts of time for their order as *** did.
