To Whom It May Concern, I am writing in response to complaint ID#: [redacted] (letter attached) against Gothic Landscape from Customer [redacted] at [redacted] Drive Buckeye, AZ Gothic received your letter on 11-7-and the letter was dated 11-1-After receiving your letter Gothic researched our files and could not find any attempt by Mr [redacted] of contacting Gothic for any repairs at his residence I contacted Mr [redacted] on 11-7-to discuss his complaint and the specific issues he was having On Wednesday 11-9-our Superintendent made contact with Mr [redacted] and set an appointment to meet with him at his residence Wednesday 11-16-at 2pm We will assess the repair items in question by Mr [redacted] on 11-16-and attempt to satisfy his concerns at that timeI will follow up when we are completed with the appointment and homeowner satisfaction Please let me know if you have any questions/concernsThank You,Matt B***
