If I was current I’m confused as to why I was required to pay $230 bi-weekly due to [redacted] claiming I was so far behind I was close to repossession and I needed to get caught up I have proof of my transactions where it shows I have been over paying. They also stopped sending me receipts so I have no clue how much more I owe to pay my car off! My car has been off for over a week because of this problem I lost my job and has been very difficult getting my children to and from school because I have no way there or I have to find rides. I’m tired of going through this with this company this isn’t the first incident where they claimed I have been behind and needed to pay more. As I stated before I want proof where I fell behind and I would like my money reimbursed. I have been over paying for over two months and I don’t know how I get behind when my car is getting shut off when a payment isn’t made!
