So I called Michael R. from [redacted] and "Gotme Under Pressure" @ 603-396-114 to repair a Roof Vent Pipe (RVP) leak. He stopped by to assess the work he would need to perform, at an hourly rate of 95 dollars. He scheduled me for the following day.
The next day, we get to work on the problem. He set up his ladder and assesses what needed to be done. He mentioned that someone else already had tried fixing it and they used wrong caulk (it was a clear one). He mentioned they should have used black roof caulk and that I wouldn't need to replace the RVP flange. He added his own caulk and called it a day. I asked him if the caulk he added would hold. He read me the caulk instructions saying it's for roof leaks, etc. He charged me $225 for caulking the leaking flange. I go and check if there's any leak and the leak was still there. I called Mike back asking if he could fix it. He mentioned that he would charge me again he doesn't stand behind his work.
