I have been a got print customer for years I order a lot of printed materials for shows and promotionsI recently tried to order a banner using the advance design option and found out the max font size was which would be too small for my bannerAfter calling Bryan he thanked me for finding out about the issue and that they would fix it I asked if he could have one of their designers design my banner being that I needed it soon and they designer wasn't working he told I would have to pay extra for it After explaining that I have been a customer for a while and that he was thankful of me finding the mistake he refused to help me any further and told me to try again in a couple days which I did, come to fin out it was still not fixed I then spoke to Evelyn who told me "sorry there is nothing we can do in regards to the designer it is being worked on " I explained the situation and that I had called previously and she also refused to help meI am upset that out of two calls neither of the cs were able to help me get this project done or at least design my bannerI will probably not be ordering from them I was very disappointed with there service and will take my business where they are willing to help me grow my business

We have two business's that have used gotprint.com for over three years now Up until this last order I have been thrilled with the product and services Last month we placed a duplicate order for envelopes using the same file that was submitted less than a year ago The order came and the color difference was undeniableIt was supposed to be blue and it came out purple This is part of our brand and is not acceptable We have been very patient trying to resolve the issue with the company assuming since we were a valued customer it would be resolved After several emails, document samples and physical samples of what they produced last time and what was produced this time After all of this (and a month) they have said that they did not make a mistake and the file was different Despite the fact that the color on the BACK of the envelope (which is a continuation of our logo from the front) came out to the correct color I called to speak to a Manager in quality control and got *** who could not have been more rude He interrupted me while I was speaking multiple times and said that his time was too valuable to discuss this with me as a decision has already been made Even after stating this was the first issue we ever had and due to the lack of service I would take our business elsewhere, he said that was fine Apparently I have just been lucky the last three years or the company has changed because had I known this was how they treated their customers when they make a mistake I would not have referred all the people I have to them I will no longer be a customer of gotprint.com and will no longer refer any business their way All they had to do was admit the production was a mistake and replace the order Now I have to fight to get a complete refund and rush an order elsewhere since this has taken over a month with no resolve
Could not be more disappointed

This was my first experience with got print upon recommendation of fellow colleagues. The initial process of submitting my design and ordering the prints was fairly easy and straight forward. The problem lies with their customer service. \r\n\r\nMy order was placed on Jan 18th, scheduled to be delivered between the Jan 25th and Feb 3. On the tenth I called to ask where my shipment was and they informed me the paper that I was having it printed on was apparently out of stock and they had to order new stock and that my order wouldn\'t be delivered until the end of the month (a month an a half after my initial order). I received a full refund on the order and am going to find a business that actually values its customers and follows through on what they say they will do.

Site is not very user friendly to design your business card. Boxes will pop up where you are trying to make edits and text boxes will randomly move. Their website and IT often have glitches, have contacted them on several occasions for them to be fixed so I could continue with my business card design. If they have IT issues, then you have to wait until they fix it (about a week) before you can proceed. Was actually told once to cancel my already placed order and reorder in a week because they were having IT issues.
