I wanted to reach out to you and see how I can assist you regarding your issue with your online order of a *** Rear driveshaft. After receiving a Revdex.com complaint in the mail, I spoke to *** regarding the matter to find out where things may have went wrong. To the best of my understanding,
it was just a data conversion problem from one of our partner yards who physically had that particular part in stock. As you can imagine, keeping track of these used parts gets quite involved and therefore can be tricky and inaccurate from time to time. At no point in time do we purposely let incorrect data sit out in the internet for others to see. Unfortunately, as any website can attest to, there will be times where for many reasons an order cannot be filled I assure you we do everything in our power to keep the data you see in all forms (online, ***, car-part, etc.) as 100% accurate as humanly possible. Being familiar with the repair business, I understand you need to price your customer accordingly and it can get messy if a particular part or deal falls through. We run into the same problem ourselves when we quote customers and the part is no longer available or the order cannot be filled. *** mentioned he put you into contact with our partner yard whose data you were seeing online so that you can fill the order at the requested price. I was hoping that offered a proper solution for this case, but if not, I’m always accessible to hear you outThe used parts industry has come a very, very long way in the past few years and I am personally dedicated to continuing that improvement. I’m very sorry we didn’t meet your expectations on this order, but I am very proud of the reputation we have of delivering excellent parts and service.
