I ordered 5 of my books I published eith the company back the latter part of october and was told it will take 30 days. A long time. I place my ordered on hold for thanksgiving because it had been sbout a month an thry still were not printed cause I was going out of town. When I got back I told thrm to go ahead and send she (Jessica)told me it would be a month because I stopped it. Called today the books still are printed. Then she tries to fast talk me. This is truly ridiculous! The company is below stsndards an should be investigated. Now it has some other name for the company. She couldnt tell me when to expect my books. This is really crazy. Anyone else had this problem.
