Yes the product was finally received - but a very painful process going back and forth with their customer service department to get to this point. I've never experienced anything this complicated with any company. It's too bad because they seem to sell a good product and Dr. [redacted] provides good information to women going through hormonal changes.

Mimi from customer service with [redacted] Institute (GI) has contacted me yesterday (December 8, 2015) and is offering to refund the class fee that I had initially paid for the detox class. According to Mimi from customer service the emails that the GI had sent went to my spam, I was not able to locate GI's email address in my spam list, but I am satisfied with the return of the class fee. Waiting on the class fee reimbursement at this time.
