informed of at the beginning of the transaction if I chose not to have them repair the vehicleThis is a true Scam due to the owner being offended that I told them that they sold me a bad car and they should at least change the spark plugs, wires, coal pack & oil changeI advised them that I would be by today 01/13/to pick my car up with the police with me and disconnected the call

I purchased this vehicle on 01/12/2018 and was extremely happy with my experience. A few days later I started to have problems out of the vehicle, but the owner Mr. F[redacted] swooped right in and took care of my issues IMMEDIATELY.

On 12/1/17, Mr. P[redacted] came to Import Auto Mall and looked at a 2007 Cadillac CTS. It was listed for $5,600.00. He checked it and drove it and he came back in the office and made a $3,000.00 offer on it. Then we agreed on $3,400.00 cash AS-IS. We sold him the car based on selling it to him AS-IS, he signed a carfax, and the as-is, took the title with him. He was happy with the car. Late December he dropped the car off at Import Auto Mall stating that he had issues with it. We diagnosed the car for him and told him what it takes to fix it and the costs. He got furious and mad. He thinks that we should fix the car for free. Import Auto Mall sells used cars and we give our customers the opportunity to check the cars as they want and make their own decision of buying the car and we sell all of our vehicles AS-IS and we tell all of our customers if they have any issues with the car at the time of purchase we can fix it for them at a low cost but we will not fix them for free. We gave Mr. P[redacted] different options about fixing his car but we will not fix the car for free because we don’t work for free neither does Z[redacted] work for free.

We bend backwards to help our customers and we even gave Mr. P[redacted] options to set up payment plans on the repairs. We don't appreciate when we try to help him but instead he even goes on facebook to leave a negative comment.
