Ihave received monies from Mr. Gould. He is still $245 short. $170 from original agreement. The original check for $850 stated "1/2 payment for Sylvan boat". It wasn't until I consulted my attorney that Mr. Gould changed the amount to minus 10 per cent. In addition, I received a phone call from Mr. Gould promising the balance of $850 in installments. Also, it should be noted that I would not have had to consult my attorney if Mr. Gould had paid me to begin with. Lawyers cost money, and I am passing that charge off to Mr. Gould. As a gesture of good will, I will accept less than half of what balance I am seeking. $120.00 and we can put this to rest.
