Review: My elderly mother went to purchase ice cream for my child, this was the second time since my child enjoyed it the first time. The ice cream was in a fridge with a few other brands and favors in different sections, but they were ALL labeled in each section including this particular one as costing $1.49, at checkout my mom asked the price to be sure and the cashier said $1.69, my mom told her "no it should be $1.49 and I bought it the day before I hope you did not charge me more when I bought so many." The woman rang up the ice cream and then said no it is actually $1.99, my mom asked well how could this store charge me more before and now I would like to buy it for the correct price, my mom did not even ask for a refund of the purchase from the day before for the difference, the cashier then asked her fellow male cashier to take the ice cream from my mom and told her they will not sell it to her since she has issues with the prices, my mom stated she just wanted the correct price, they refused services to her. I then went there 15 minutes later and took photos of the ice cream and prices and warned them that this was false advertisement, and they have no right to refuse services to a customer who has done nothing but point out their mistakes and ask for the right price. My mom was not loud, or rude, nor did she use Luce language there was no reason to order a male employee to take her products away and tell her they are refusing service to her based on their own mistakes.Desired Settlement: Apology, written or oral, for such embarrassment and disrespect, and correction of their prices so customers get products for the price they think they are getting it for.

I believe nobody meant to disrespect her , but if somebody indeed disrespect her , accept our apologize again .

In regards to the problem with price tags we have correct that problem already.
