I am rejecting this response because:My niece never received the bouquet and I called the school and they have no documentation of such a delivery therefore I am still owed my refundthanks*** ***

The customer placed her order on on 2/6. thus the Order Number: [redacted]…the first part of our order number is the date. 17/02/06 the customer did schedule the delivery date for 2/10. The customer scheduled her order to be shipped to a school. FOR ALL school orders, the customer is sent...

an email stating we cannot guarantee delivery times. We received an email from the customer on 2/8 stating if we cannot guarantee delivery by 2:00 she wanted to cancel her order. Her order shipped on 2/7. We cannot cancel orders that have already shipped…NO company can!. the customer was told this.  The customer then called to complain as to why she could not cancel her order and demanded we do so, stating she had ordered from another company. We again, told her we could not cancel her order due to the fact that it had already shipped.    Her order was delivered on time the day she requested, it even arrived before 12:00.
