A few months ago, I took my wife's Buick in for new wheel bearings (only had 60,miles on it) After they replaced them both, I thought the bill was a little too high so I called their parts department and found that they charged me $more for the parts than they should have When I confronted them, the owner, Dennis [redacted] , admitted their mistake, said he would take care of it, that it wouldn't happen again, and wrote me a check for the $ Now, last week, I took the same car in to have the check engine light shut off They told me that I need a part for the parking brake and replaced it The part turned out to be for the rear park assist which I told them two years ago not to fix because it was over $ Not only did they put the part on that I had told them not to but again over charged me for the part $and after adding in labor, the bill was over $ Apparently the parts depttakes their cost for the part, doubles it, and that what they charge the customer, not the list price And to top it off, the park assist still doesn't work They asked me what I wanted and I told them I wanted the $back and leave the car alone So I have been asked three times now if I want the money back or the car fixed and I have said the same thing, just reimburse me and leave the car alone! No check yet but they want to "talk" to me again I'm through with them! What about all of the other poor people who just take them at their word??Just a warning to everyone who does business with them CHECK YOUR BILL AND CALL OTHER PARTS DEPARTMENTS FOR PRICES!!

A few months ago, I took my wife's Buick in for new wheel bearings (only had 60,000 miles on it). After they replaced them both, I thought the bill was a little too high so I called their parts department and found that they charged me $300 more for the parts than they should have. When I confronted them, the owner, Dennis [redacted], admitted their mistake, said he would take care of it, that it wouldn't happen again, and wrote me a check for the $300. Now, last week, I took the same car in to have the check engine light shut off. They told me that I need a part for the parking brake and replaced it. The part turned out to be for the rear park assist which I told them two years ago not to fix because it was over $300. Not only did they put the part on that I had told them not to but again over charged me for the part $30 and after adding in labor, the bill was over $300. Apparently the parts dept. takes their cost for the part, doubles it, and that what they charge the customer, not the list price. And to top it off, the park assist still doesn't work. They asked me what I wanted and I told them I wanted the $300 back and leave the car alone.
