I recently purchased a 6 oz. sack of white cheddar premium popcorn. Upon opening the sack I proceeded to eat a handful of the popcorn. As I started eating, I realized several kernels tasted moldy. Looking further into the sack I discovered a large 2 inch wadded up ball of popcorn and kernels embedded in grease. I have purchased several sacks of this brand of popcorn and this is the first time I have met up with this problem. The best by date states AO7 Jun2016D 12:56. I am wondering if anyone else has met up with this.
