Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.It is correct that I was trying to solve this issues directly with the owner of the company, MrMicheal M [redacted] through email and phone callHe was so arrogant and denial in every way that his product is cheap compare to the marketHow could he said his meat is cheaper when the beef and chicken cost close to $11/lbLike I said I would never buy beef for more than $7.99/lb and chicken not more than $1.99/lbThe product was misrepresentedThe seller said he would give us a real bargain but turn out to be a rip off dealHe also resisted to tell the price per poundIf we would have know the price per pound we wouldn't have bought themThe grocery store clearly has their price markedHis salesman scam tactic using phrase like "It's the end of day and I want to be done with work...I will give you a real bargain on meat" This is wrong, they are scamThey try to get people to buy meat thinking they really are getting a real bargain but once the salesman left, you unpack the box and you were surprised at how little the meat weighed, given how much you paidWith a "guarantee of satisfaction" and an unhappy customer with a lot of unopened meat, I'd think they would want to keep themselves from getting a bad reputation by settling thingsBut I've since then seen other mentions of the company on the Internet with complaints about bad customer service, so I guess I should have checked first.I have saved all the meat and they are unopenedI called the seller the same day and tell him that I would like to cancel the sell but he refused to do soTo resolve the problem, I would like to cancel the sell, return all the meat and get my money back.Regards, [redacted]

To whom it may concernOn February 3rd 2016 there was a transaction that took place at [redacted] At that time the customer purchased $488 worth of product from one of our independent contractors. The following day the customer contacted the company because she was... dissatisfied with the product and thought it was rotten. On February 5th 2016 that same independent contractor went out to the residence of [redacted] and exchanged out all of the food that she thought was rotten. The customer purchased raw shrimp which will have a fishy odor to it when it is thawed. There are also steaks in the purchase and the customer felt they were rotten because they change colors when they thought them. If you thought a steak inside of a vacuum sealed package you are limiting the amount of oxygen that can get to the meat and therefore it will change colors. Just to give you an example if you were to purchase ground beef from the grocery store and it was not freshly packed you would find that once you got home and cut open the center it would be brown. Meat change colors when there is a lack of oxygen to it. A follow up call was made to the customer on February 6th 2016 and at that time I was told she was satisfied with the exchange. Mike

To whom it may concern,All food that was claimed to be rotten was exchange so with exact food or better food which cost moreAs of the response to the last complain I have considered this matter closed because I really do not believe the customerShe is on here stating that she made a $purchase but attached to this response you will find a chargeback from my credit card company where she stated she only purchased $worth of foodSo did she make a $purchase or did she make a $purchaseThis whole ordeal has been nothing but a scam and unfortunately I have seen many of these over the years and I'm pretty hip to itThere was food stolen off my truck at their houseI am NOT going to play the back and forth games through the Revdex.comIf there is a problem with their food where they feel is not tender enough, it doesn't taste right or a freezer burns within months we will exchange the product outWe have not received any calls from them since their original complaint and as far as we are concerned the customer has been satisfied. they said they would give me a call when they would be in town.I have heard this before.we will see.

I did speak with mike which was very rude toe pretty much told me I was lying then the following day the guy showed up to exchange the meat very rude to me and I had the defrosted meat that was spoiled he. Smelled the product and told me I can't put this in my truck or I cannot replace that product. Then then took my othe products and exchanges them never gave me another box of sprint and shorted me and said I gave u a better cut of meat which was a lie  took 5 boxes and have me 3 back very unhappy

your message you stated that nobody answered the phone, we are a warehouse location and somebody isn't always there. In defense of the company there was no message left from you either. Also the size of the steaks were the same exact size on the date you purchased. They were not going to grow any larger in your freezer. You had a problem with the T Bones and the New York strips. You asked if we will replace them out for ribeyes and we will get that handled for you. I do have your phone number now because it was lost in part of the transition of the move and Dave will be in contact with you either later today or first thing in the morning.Thank you [redacted]

at this point in time the customer has been contacted and when the representative is back through the Batavia New York area his food will be replaced out. unlike some other companies we do not come through the area every two weeks. Were normally through every 2 to 3 months. We do sell larger packages and for us to come through the same areas every two weeks would not make sense business wise.

approximately $60 less than what was spent on the food. The customer received a total of over $700 in food at less than half of the price off of our brochure. We will stand behind our products if they are dissatisfied with the taste, tenderness or if it freezer burns in 12 months. We do not give refunds. That has been our company policy and will continue to be our company policy. We deal with a food product, no person would go to a grocery store and purchased three, four, five or six hundred dollars in food and then want to return it the next day or the day after.
